Be the driving force behind Contemporary Niagara's Procore platform as the Construction Technology Platform Manager. You'll oversee critical aspects to maximize its business impact and operational efficiency.

As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for establishing the Procore roadmap and setting priorities that align with our construction operations. You'll measure performance to drive continuous improvements and ensure that our data strategies yield significant insights. Your work will enhance process consistency and broaden project visibility across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own the Procore backlog and prioritize enhancements
• Develop business cases for platform improvements
• Communicate with operational and executive stakeholders




• Define outcomes and KPIs for platform success
• Foster cross-departmental collaboration for project alignment

Requirements:
• 7 to 12+ years in construction technology or management
• Strong experience with Procore or similar platforms
• Proven ability to lead platform governance and define roadmaps
• Efficient in stakeholder engagement and change leadership
• Understanding of ERP and data integration needs
