What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

Three or more years of leadership experience in retail, operations, customer service, logistics, hospitality, distribution or another quick-paced environment.

Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams.

Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities.

Experience driving operational performance and achieving business objectives.

Excellent communication, coaching and relationship-building skills.

Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Proficiency with common business systems and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience Managing Multiple Departments, Functions Or Business Units.

Background in workforce planning, talent development and succession planning.

Experience leading change, process improvement or operational excellence initiatives.
