In this critical role within the Building Operations team, you will manage estimating tasks for projects ranging from $1.5 million to $1 billion. Your responsibilities include assessing materials and labor needs, preparing comprehensive summaries, and nurturing relationships with clients and trade partners. Mentoring junior estimators will also be a vital part of your role, ensuring knowledge transfer within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough evaluations of labor and material needs
• Prepare summaries in line with project specifications
• Identify pricing for labor, materials,



and equipment
• Build lasting relationships with consultants and clients
• Review supplier bids to ensure compliance with documents

Requirements:
• Education in project estimation (Degree or Diploma)
• 8+ years’ estimating experience in ICI construction
• Familiarity with Atlantic Canada market
• Robust knowledge of excavation and formwork
• Advanced skills in estimation software
