Role:
We are currently seeking a Project Administrator to support our team, specializing in change order processing. This is a process-driven, high-volume administrative role. Day-to-day, you will execute the same core tasks repeatedly and with precision - preparing, submitting, tracking, and documenting change orders - to keep the program running efficiently and in alignment with contractual requirements.
Responsibilites:
Prepare, submit, and follow up on a high volume of change order submissions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely turnaround
Maintain and update change order records continuously, documenting all requests, approvals, and revisions in Salesforce
Ensure all change orders comply with contract requirements and internal procedures
Coordinate with internal teams to gather required information, confirm work-scope completion,
and identify discrepancies or missing details
Execute high-volume, repetitive daily administrative tasks with a consistently high level of precision
Perform other duties as required, requested, or assigned
Education, Training & Experience:
1-3 years of office or administrative experience, ideally in data entry, change order management, or process-driven roles
Experience in the utilities or construction industry is considered an asset
Skills & Abilities:
Professional and team-oriented when working with internal teams and external partners
Comfort with repetitive, process-driven work done at high volume
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage recurring tasks efficiently over sustained periods
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/project tracking systems is an asset
Willingness to learn industry-specific processes, including power line construction and utility operations (training provided)
Pay: $30.00 per hour
