Talent Acquisition Specialist – Bilingual

Manage the entire recruitment cycle

Build strong relationships with managers: understand their hiring needs, act as a strategic partner, work with them to create compelling job descriptions, and follow up regularly

identify and engage with top performers while providing them with a first-rate candidate experience

Ensure a fair and comprehensive evaluation of candidates to present the most suitable profiles to managers: analyze resumes, pre-screen candidates, and provide support during the selection process

Skillfully navigate talent search and talent management tools, both within and outside the company: Linked

Negotiate and present job offers and finalize agreements with selected candidates, working closely with your colleagues in Human Resources

You have more than 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, including at least 3 years of recruitment experience in the rail, construction, or engineering sectors

You hold a bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, or the equivalent

You are dynamic, creative, passionate, and solution-oriented

With strong skills in evaluating candidates, you demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills
