Overview
Insight Global is seeking a FATCA/CRS Technical Lead to serve as the primary technical owner for a regulatory reporting platform.

This individual will support application enhancements, production operations, regulatory initiatives, and annual reporting cycles while helping drive platform stability and future improvements.

Key Responsibilities
• Own the technical support and enhancement roadmap for the platform.
• Troubleshoot complex production incidents and reporting issues.
• Support annual regulatory reporting and release activities.
• Develop and maintain Java-based application components.
• Analyze data flows, integrations, and reporting processes.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
• Manage deployments, environment support, and release activities.
• Collaborate with business, operations, and architecture teams.
• Create technical documentation and mentor junior resources.

Skills and Requirements
• 7-10+ years of software development and application support experience within enterprise banking/financial services domain.
• Solid Java and Spring Boot development experience.
• Strong SQL and database development skills.
• Experience with AWS services and cloud-based applications.
• Experience supporting APIs, ETL processes, and data integrations.
• FATCA/CRS reporting experience and/or CRA reporting and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Hands-on production support and incident resolution experience.
• Linux and scripting experience.
• Experience supporting mission-critical enterprise applications. • XML generation and regulatory file processing.
• Data governance and compliance experience.
