Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Solution Designer / Product Lead to support a strategic executive reporting and analytics platform within Wealth Management.

This individual will partner with business leaders, technology teams, and external vendors to deliver executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities
• Gather and prioritize business reporting requirements.
• Design executive dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and analytics solutions.
• Partner with vendors to review and enhance platform capabilities.
• Validate business logic, calculations, and data quality.
• Manage the product backlog, enhancements, and releases.
• Support testing, deployments, and production implementations.
• Create documentation and reporting standards.
• Drive user adoption, training, and change management.
• Identify opportunities for automation and future AI-enabled reporting.

Skills and Requirements
• 5+ years in BI, Analytics, Reporting, Product Ownership, or Solution Design.
• Experience with Power BI (preferred), Tableau, Qlik, or similar platforms.
• Robust dashboard design, KPI development, and data visualization experience.
• SQL and data analysis skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with Agile teams and third-party vendors. • Wealth Management, Banking, or Financial Services experience.
• AWS or cloud analytics experience.
• Exposure to AI, automation, and advanced analytics initiatives.
