You will conduct comprehensive market analysis, financial modeling, and due diligence to ensure profitable deals aligned with the company's investment strategy. Key Responsibilities Source, analyze, and negotiate potential real estate acquisitions across various asset classes and geographies.
Develop sophisticated financial models to assess deal viability, projected returns, and risk profiles.
Conduct thorough due diligence, including property inspections, title review, environmental assessments, and entitlement analysis.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, owners, lenders, and other industry professionals to generate deal flow.




Prepare detailed investment memorandums and presentations for the investment committee, providing clear recommendations.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in real estate acquisitions , investment, or development.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing, negotiating, and closing complex real estate transactions.
Expertise in financial modeling, valuation methods, and due diligence processes.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
