Make a difference at Bethany Airdrie as a Health Care Aide. This part time position allows you to focus on the holistic needs of our residents on night shifts.

The Health Care Aide is vital to providing personal and compassionate support, ensuring residents maintain their dignity and independence. You will assist residents with daily living, accurately document observations, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Though prior experience is an asset, it is not a requirement for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents in their daily activities with care
• Keep accurate records of resident care and observations
• Follow safety procedures for residents and staff
• Participate in team evaluations of resident care needs

Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 10 and Health Care Aide certification
• Registration with the CLHA in Alberta
• Capability to work in physically demanding environments
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Proficiency in English for effective interaction
