This full-time, permanent position at Sumas ABI involves providing personalized assistance to individuals with complex health concerns. You'll use your expertise in caregiving to enhance their daily activities and maintain a safe workplace, ensuring their dignity at all times.

Key Responsibilities:



• Provide personal care including feeding and mobility assistance • Track and document guests’ care plans and observations • Communicate directly with relief staff during emergencies • Manage documentation for casual staff attendance and reports • Prepare meals and administer medications to clients accordingly

Requirements: • One year of experience in a residential care setting preferred • Must hold a Care Aide Certificate and be registered in BC • Certification in Occupational First Aid Level 1 required • Training in Crisis Intervention and Naloxone needed • Clean Criminal Record Clearance for working with vulnerable clients
