Key Responsibilities:
• Fill vacancies created by staff leave and illness.
• Anticipate and address staffing needs proactively.




• Enter payroll data and prepare scheduling reports.
• Compile and maintain accurate statistical information.
• Communicate effectively with management and staff.

Requirements:
• Completion of post-secondary qualifications in administration.
• Proficient in MS 365 with emphasis on Excel.
• Experience with payroll and timekeeping practices.
• Knowledge of collective agreements and healthcare settings.
• Customer service and scheduling experience preferred.
