As a Lead Promotions Ambassador, your role involves engaging the community with ROM’s collections while providing informative, entertaining experiences. You will guide tours and activities, supervise other ambassadors, and enhance visitor interactions at both the museum and during offsite events.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging, informative tours and promotional activities
• Organize and manage promotional setup and takedowns
• Supervise a team to ensure high-quality visitor experiences
• Engage with guests and share knowledge on exhibitions
• Conduct related administrative tasks efficiently

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of post-secondary training in relevant fields
• 1 year of leadership experience in customer-facing roles
• Proven ability to deliver compelling presentations
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Must be available for evenings and weekends
