Key Responsibilities:
• Help patients with daily personal care needs
• Prepare nutritious meals in accordance with care plans




• Provide companionship and basic housekeeping support
• Facilitate patient mobility and comfort
• Coordinate with healthcare providers for care updates

Requirements:
• Hold a valid Personal Support Worker Certificate
• Show a commitment to compassionate patient care
• Have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Ready to work flexible hours including weekends
• Successfully complete a Vulnerable Sector Screening
