About the Opportunity This position is responsible for carrying out a high standard of work relating to the Property Maintenance division at Peter Hughes Landscape. This work includes but is not limited to mowing grass, trimming grass, weeding, debris/garbage removal, hedge cutting, weed spraying,



plant maintenance, watering, snow removal, and assisting other departments as needed. Crew Leaders are also responsible for the on-site training of crew members & lead hands.
Operate large-area mowing equipment efficiently and safely to maintain commercial and city property.
Utilize ride-on and walk-behind mowers as needed
Perform daily inspections on all equipment
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while operating machinery
Assist with additional property maintenance tasks such as trimming, edging, and debris cleanup as required
What You Bring to the Table Experience operating large-area mowers and other commercial mowing equipment preferred
Comfortable loading and operating a truck and trailer
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs
