Be the backbone of maintenance operations as a Maintenance Materials Coordinator at Mosaic's K2 Mine. Working a 9/80 schedule, you will ensure all materials are available to support maintenance activities.
In this role, the Maintenance Material Coordinator is responsible for oversight of inventory and procurement processes to facilitate both planned and reactive maintenance actions. Your collaborative efforts with maintenance and production teams will help in minimizing downtime, and your skills in inventory management will streamline operations across the board.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely procurement of maintenance materials
• Coordinate with teams for urgent maintenance needs
• Review and monitor inventory levels
• Assist with turnaround planning and material coordination
• Audit vendor inventory for improvements
Requirements:
• Background in materials coordination or purchasing
• Understanding of maintenance processes in relevant industries
• Experience with CMMS and inventory management
• Robust prioritization and communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of SAP
