You will report directly to the Director of Care, supporting collaboration to optimize resident services. Observing changes, assisting with daily tasks, and actively participating in care planning are essential components of this role. Key Responsibilities:
• Bathe, dress, and change residents with dignity
• Transfer residents safely using proper equipment
• Serve appropriate meals based on dietary requirements
• Carry out directed treatments and monitor health
• Facilitate residents' mobility within the facility

Requirements:
• Registered in the BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry
• Minimum 5 years experience in healthcare setting
• Experience caring for those with dementia
• Solid leadership and communication skills
• Fluent in English language, both spoken and written
