Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic team on a full time basis. As a Line Cook at O'Briens Classic Grill, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our culinary offerings. You will work closely with our kitchen team to prepare and execute a variety of dishes with precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards

Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies

Ensure food preparation areas are clean and organized

Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management

Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines





Collaborate with kitchen team members to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow

Assist with food preparation tasks as needed

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Solid understanding of cooking techniques and best practices

Ability to work well under pressure and in a team setting

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
