As a Heat Treat Operator, you will play a vital role in both the heat treating and forging processes. Tasks include operating furnace controls, handling materials, and ensuring safety compliance. Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and control furnace and agitator systems
• Efficiently load/unload materials from furnaces
• Safely operate overhead cranes and forklifts

Requirements:
• Grade 12 or 2 years of relevant experience
• Background in industrial roles, especially foundry
• Strong verbal and written English communication
• Ability to function in hot working conditions
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds as needed
