Key Responsibilities:
• Execute plastering, drywall repair, and painting tasks
• Perform comprehensive carpentry repairs and installations




• Address basic plumbing issues and ensure system functionality
• Maintain and repair safety systems as needed
• Liaise professionally with tenants during service visits

Requirements:
• Completion of a Carpentry or Painting Technician program
• Experience in relevant residential maintenance fields
• Basic plumbing skills required
• Valid class 5 driver’s license is compulsory
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as necessary
