What you’ll need: Red Seal or equivalent culinary certification
5+ years experience in high-volume kitchens (camp, hotel, institutional)
Valid Food Safety certification
Proficiency with HACCP guidelines and processes
Ability to work day or night shift
Experience using industrial kitchen equipment
Must pass a Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test
Strong communication and multitasking skills
What will make you stand out: 10+ years as Journeyman in camp or institutional kitchens
Experience training, supervising, and scheduling staff
Familiarity with Microsoft Office
Knowledge of bakery operations and kitchen management
Strong attendance record and professional conduct
