Key Responsibilities:
• Manage litigation cases through all phases
• Advise on liability issues and damage assessments

• Conduct Discovery Examinations efficiently
• Represent at LAT and court proceedings
Requirements:
• Law degree or Juris Doctor required
• Minimum seven years in insurance defence needed
• Experience with arbitrations and trials is advantageous
• Knowledge of Accident Benefits and Bodily Injury
• Must hold a valid membership with the Law Society of Ontario
