As a key player reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this position centers around enhancing the performance and adoption of EV charging programs among automotive dealerships. The ideal candidate brings proven automotive experience and the ability to cultivate relationships with various dealership leaders. Your insights into dealership operations will elevate program execution and engagement while addressing performance gaps.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage dealer program performance and engagement
• Develop relationships with dealer principals and teams




• Identify underperforming dealerships and strategize improvements
• Conduct in-depth dealership analyses and visits
• Facilitate training and resources for dealers

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of automotive industry experience
• Experience with dealership management and operations
• Excellent analytical and relationship-building skills
• Solid organizational and time management abilities
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
