Tasks they may be doing for brokerage office
Corporate searches
Calling other brokerages for market info
Zoning searches
Title searches
Contact databasing
Taking property photos
Creating listing surveys
Demographic reports
Geowarehouse reports

Qualifications
Must Have Skills: Attention to detail
Must Have Skills: Being able to organize themselves, track urgency
Nice to have skills: Very helpful if they have a car and driver license
Nice to have skills: If they have experience working at a real estate company
Years of Experience: Pretty Open
Education: University Degree preferred
Education: College experience
Software skills: Excel would be helpful
