In this essential role, you will be responsible for promoting compliance culture within the unit, integrating local regulations and Ingka Rules. By analyzing data and processes, you'll work closely with stakeholders to educate and guide them on maintaining compliance and safety within the IKEA ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
