The Waste Services Coordinator acts as the primary day-to-day contact for residential and commercial client accounts, overseeing client relations. They ensure that client needs are met efficiently while supporting internal teams in delivering services and maintaining high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Client Onboarding: Monitor and process incoming requests for permit cards and bin service.
Account Management: Maintain accurate client records, track service history, contract terms, billing information, and renewals.
Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for routine client communications, ensure continuous communication and resolution to client inquiries.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with operations and finance to ensure deliverables and deadlines are met.




Reporting and Performance Tracking: Monitor accounts, compile performance reports, identify trends, and suggest process improvements.
Administrative Support: Assist with SOPs, work instructions, contract administration, invoicing, billing reconciliation, and scale operations.
Required Qualifications Robust communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients and internal teams
Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
Problem-solving and proactive issue resolution to address client concerns and improve service delivery
