BathWorks of Michigan is a fast-growing, locally owned home improvement company specializing in Jacuzzi® bath and shower remodeling. We help homeowners transform outdated bathrooms into spaces that are safer, more functional, and built to last.

We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a strong foundation in Marketing while gaining hands-on experience across a variety of functions.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate Marketing projects, timelines, and follow-up

Maintain reports, trackers, and spreadsheets

Support creative requests, signage, collateral, and promotions

Assist with vendor communication and campaign updates

Help gather data and support reporting and lead tracking

Support referral, PR, and community initiatives

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent; related degree or internship experience is a plus

Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent organization and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple assignments, deadlines, and stakeholders with reliable follow-through

Comfortable using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office and learning new marketing, CRM, reporting, and project-management tools
