Candidates must have a minimum of three years of experience with a450-class excavators and D6 dozers. A strong understanding of commercial construction practices and the ability to read grade plans are important for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate a450-class excavator for trenching and material placement
• Possibly operate a D6 dozer for grading tasks
• Execute excavation in wide-ranging ground conditions
• Contribute to bulk earthworks and loading operations
• Follow and interpret grade plans diligently
Requirements:
• 3+ years experience operating excavators and dozers
• Familiarity with commercial construction and site grading
• Proficient in reading grade plans; GPS experience an asset
• Comfortable in differing ground conditions
• Must be reliable and safety focused
