Lead the HR function at JUST HR as a Senior HR Generalist in Vancouver. Drive improvements in HR systems and employee engagement within a well-established distribution company.

In this hands-on in-office role, you’ll support approximately 80 employees in diverse roles, including unionized warehouse staff. You will work closely with leadership to modernize HR practices, enhance payroll systems, and implement efficient HR processes. This position requires an experienced HR qualified who is passionate about making impactful changes and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide day-to-day HR operations as an employee resource
• Manage payroll, time tracking, and benefits administration




• Enhance digital workflows in HR processes using ADP
• Consult with supervisors on employee relations issues
• Develop and organize HR policies and employee documentation

Requirements:
• 5+ years of HR generalist experience
• Expertise in payroll and benefits administration
• CPHR designation is preferred
• Experience with union workforce support is valuable
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
