Key Responsibilities: • Manage capital projects from initiation through completion • Offer technical guidance for plant service challenges • Interact with government authorities for approvals • Assess and prioritize projects for operational enhancements • Collaborate with Plant Managers to drive continuous improvement
Requirements: • Post-Secondary Degree in Engineering • 7 years of engineering/technical experience in manufacturing • 5 years of experience managing capital projects • Experience in the manufacturing of perishable goods is a plus • Required national travel for project oversight
