Metrie is seeking an experienced Safety Specialist to advance health and safety initiatives within our manufacturing operations. You will partner with operations leadership and frontline employees to identify risks, improve safety performance, and drive continuous improvement across the site.
The role reports to the Director of Manufacturing and focuses on fostering an engaged, accountable, and safety-focused workplace, with responsibility for policies, training, and incident management.
