Working under the Director of Sustainability & Risk Management, you'll coordinate training efforts, manage the Learning Management System (LMS), and evaluate program effectiveness. This role emphasizes collaboration with leaders and training champions to create engaging educational content and ensure compliance with industry standards. Your ability to translate complex requirements into accessible training will directly contribute to employee success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain effective training programs
• Create multimedia and SCORM-compliant learning content




• Coordinate classroom and virtual training sessions
• Monitor training compliance and provide performance analyses
• Identify innovative digital learning platforms

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in a training role
• Strong instructional design and adult learning expertise
• Proficiency in LMS administration
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant post-secondary degree in education or a related field
