AECOM’s Cultural Resources Team is seeking a skilled Lead Archaeologist to drive project success in managing archaeological projects from start to finish. You will apply advanced methodologies and ensure compliance while focusing on quality, budget, and timelines. Your role involves coordinating field activities and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage cultural resource projects effectively
• Direct fieldwork logistics and manage teams on-site
• Implement QA/QC processes for all reports
• Collaborate with clients and regulatory bodies




• Conduct field data collection and prepare reports

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in archaeology or equivalent
• At least 4 years in consulting, with 3+ in project management
• Strong understanding of Ontario’s archaeological regulations
• Proven experience managing logistic planning and teams
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
