Key Responsibilities Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to identify product opportunities.
Design and develop new insurance products, including policy terms, coverage features, and pricing structures.
Collaborate with actuarial teams to ensure product viability and profitability.
Work with marketing and sales teams to develop product launch strategies and materials.




Ensure new products comply with all relevant regulatory requirements and legal standards.
Monitor the performance of existing products and recommend enhancements or modifications.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in product development, management, or marketing within the insurance industry .
Strong understanding of various insurance lines (e.g., life, non-life, health).
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
Proficiency in market research techniques and product lifecycle management.
