In this dynamic role, you will embody American Eagle’s values, engaging with customers using the AEO Selling Model to enhance their shopping journey. Training will ensure you are equipped with product knowledge to guide guests in their purchases, making your role both impactful and rewarding. Working flexibly across sales, cash handling, fitting rooms, and stock areas offers a variety of experiences in each shift.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers by applying the AEO Selling Model
• Share product details and suggestions with guests




• Introduce the AEO loyalty program to shoppers
• Proactively solve guest inquiries while adhering to policies
• Assist fellow team members in different zones

Requirements:
• Retail experience is a plus
• Age requirement of at least 16 years
• High energy and multitasking ability
• Adaptable availability for evenings and weekends
• Passion for AE and Aerie products essential
