Support early childhood development as a Temporary Full-Time Early Childhood Educator with YWCA Kitchener-Waterloo. This role focuses on creating enriching, play-based programs in a unionized, nurturing environment.

This full time temporary position lasts about 18 months, operating Monday to Friday with shifts from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. Your primary responsibilities will include planning and implementing educational activities, ensuring safety for all children, and facilitating effective communication among staff and families. Your proven experience in early childhood development will empower you to inspire children as a dependable role model.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement developmentally appropriate play-based programming

Requirements:
• Registered Early Childhood Educator Diploma
• Connection with College of Early Childhood Educators
• Up-to-date Vulnerable Sector Check
• Standard First Aid and CPR Level-C certification
• Demonstrated experience in Early Childhood Education
