Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic business plans to enhance farm profitability and sustainability.
Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and develop sales strategies for farm products.
Manage relationships with suppliers, customers, and other business partners.




Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
