Securiguard Services Ltd. is looking for a Security Control Room Operator based in Regina, Saskatchewan. This position involves monitoring and incident response on a 12-hour rotating shift basis.

In support of field operations at the Co-op Refinery, this role demands professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations. You will monitor surveillance systems, respond to alerts, and ensure communications between security personnel and emergency services run smoothly. Previous SOC experience is an asset but not mandatory, as training is provided.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee CCTV, alarm, and life safety systems
• Communicate and dispatch for incidents and emergencies
• Create accurate documentation of incidents and responses




• Manage access control and assist with visitor credentialing
• Help coordinate emergency responses as per procedures

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Willingness to obtain Saskatchewan Security Licence
• Robust communication and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with technology and security systems
• Ready to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
