The Department of Historical Studies is seeking applications for a full-time tenure stream position starting July 1, 2027. Ideal candidates will have a robust research portfolio in feminist analyses that interrogates empire and colonial histories. Teaching commitments will encompass undergraduate courses in the Women, Gender and Sexuality Studies (WGSS) program while participating in community-focused research initiatives.

• Mentor students in feminist and gender studies

Requirements:
• Doctorate in Women and Gender Studies or related area
• Evidence of teaching excellence and innovative research
• Familiarity with diasporic methodologies and archival studies
• Contribution to equity and diversity in academic settings
• Letters of reference supporting teaching and research expertise
