This position invites a skilled Otolaryngologist who will provide specialized surgical and medical interventions for various head and neck disorders. On-call coverage is part of the role, including responsibilities across multiple hospitals, ensuring seamless patient care coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and treat head and neck disorders comprehensively
• Engage in resident education and mentorship
• Manage 1:5 or 1:6 on-call duties effectively
• Ensure patient safety during hospital transfers
• Collaborate with a wide range of healthcare providers

Requirements:
• Eligibility with CMPA and CPSBC is mandatory
• FRCSC eligibility preferred
• Experience in Head and Neck surgical practices
• Interest in broad otolaryngology is desirable
