This position involves working under the Interim Spiritual Life Lead to provide essential spiritual care to seniors. You will connect with residents’ diverse backgrounds while keeping their spiritual needs at the forefront. Your role includes upholding the values of Radiant Care, ensuring a supportive and welcoming community setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personalized spiritual care to residents
• Participate actively in committee meetings
• Ensure resident confidentiality at all times
• Support planning for special community events
• Implement established policies across departments

Requirements:
• University Degree in Theology is mandatory
• Minimum of 3 years experience in spiritual care
• Demonstrated commitment to Christian values
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of end-of-life care protocols
