• Design and map out how People processes currently function
• Automate processes using a broad range of tools
• Take ownership of the entire employee lifecycle process




• Reduce manual interaction while improving accuracy
• Ensure outstanding documentation of systems and processes

Requirements:
• Experience in building or scaling People Ops or HR systems
• Familiarity with HRIS migrations and implementations
• Strong skills in workflow automation and design
• A system-oriented mindset with practical solutions
• Proficient in writing transparent and instructive documentation
