You will be involved in various stages of the recruitment process under the guidance of experienced consultants, focusing on sourcing candidates, initial screening, and supporting client relationships. Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of roles across different industries.
Conduct initial phone screenings and gather candidate information.
Schedule interviews and manage candidate pipelines using the applicant tracking system.




Support senior consultants with client communication and administrative tasks.
Learn and apply effective recruitment techniques and best practices.
Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards tasks.
Basic understanding of recruitment principles is a plus, but not essential.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a hybrid work model in Kimberley .
