UNIFOR ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skill, Experience) - Secondary School Diploma

- Current CSA recognized Medical Device Reprocessing Certificate- Mandatory
- Olympus Medical Reprocessing Specialist Certificate- Preferred
- Minimum one year OR support/ Endoscope reprocessing experience or equivalent within the last 2 years.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with proper instrument handling
- Excellent communications skills
- Time management and priority setting skills
- Knowledge of WHMIS biohazard waste handling
- Knowledge of medical terminology and principles of asepsis
- Satisfactory attendance
