The Opportunity Join the Calgary location as an Accounts Payable Clerk, where you'll play a key role in maintaining accurate and timely vendor payments. In this role, you will process invoices, reconcile vendor accounts, resolve discrepancies, and support robust vendor relationships.
We're looking for a detail-oriented professional with at least one year of Accounts Payable experience, robust data entry skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to accuracy and organization.
What you will do Process vendor invoices accurately and timely in accordance with company policies and payment terms.
Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to ensure payment accuracy.
Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies by working with vendors, branches, procurement teams, and internal stakeholders.
Process credit memos, debit memos, vendor adjustments, and invoice corrections as required.




Review vendor statements and reconcile outstanding balances to ensure accounts remain current and accurate.
Maintain positive vendor relationships by responding to inquiries and resolving payment issues promptly.
