Ascension Automation Solutions is on the hunt for a talented Machine Tool Builder/Millwright. This role involves the operation, repair, and maintenance of diverse machinery in a custom automation setting.

We seek an individual with a valid Millwright Certificate and substantial experience in a custom automation environment. You will be responsible for assembling and integrating complex systems while adhering to safety standards. Your ability to read technical drawings and collaborate efficiently within a team will drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Integrate and assemble pneumatic and hydraulic workstation systems
• Read and interpret complex engineering blueprints and schematics
• Create and identify sub-assemblies for various automated equipment




• Operate and maintain hand-held tools ensuring accurate tasks
• Communicate progress clearly while ensuring workplace safety

Requirements:
• Valid certification for Millwright or equivalent
• At least 3 years’ experience in custom automation
• Welding experience (MIG, TIG, Stick) is a plus
• Skilled in using machine shop equipment
• Effective communication skills in a team setting
