Support client development as Yee Hong's Casual Program Assistant, where you’ll implement engaging activities and provide essential support in a compassionate workplace.

This position involves collaborating with the Program Manager to plan activities for clients of the Day Program. You'll be responsible for meeting both social and emotional needs while ensuring a safe space. A background in geriatric rehabilitation and superior customer service skills are required to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute engaging client activities
• Maintain a clean and supportive environment
• Provide timely crisis intervention support
• Train and guide volunteers effectively
• Keep comprehensive records for program operations

Requirements:
• Diploma in Social Work or related area
• Proven experience in geriatric rehabilitation
• Certification in CPR
• Ability to converse in both English and Chinese
• Flexibility to work at various Yee Hong sites
