Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in monitoring and evaluating resident care plans
• Document care details and resident observations accurately




• Attend regular staff meetings and in-service training
• Help onboard recent team members as directed
• Rigorously follow IPAC health guidelines

Requirements:
• Completion of Personal Support Worker Certificate/Diploma Program
• Familiarity with geriatric care techniques
• Understanding of sanitation procedures
• Compliance with vocational guidelines from overseeing bodies
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
