We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the development and improvement of internal and customer-facing business tools supporting the sales and order lifecycle .

This role will work closely with Product Management, engineering, sales, operations, finance, and other business stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze processes, and translate requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories for development teams.

The ideal candidate has experience working with enterprise business applications and workflows, including areas such as ERP, CRM, quoting/CPQ, product configuration, order management, and quote-to-cash. Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP platforms is highly desirable.

*This is a fully remote role, open to candidates located in either the U.S. or Canada.

Responsibilities

- Work closely with business users, Product Management, and technical teams to elicit, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements .
- Analyze business processes and workflows across ERP, CRM, CPQ/quoting, product configuration, sales order management, fulfillment, and quote-to-cash .
- Document current-state and future-state processes and identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization .
- Translate business needs into clear business requirements, functional specifications,



process flows, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria .
- Support requirements related to sales orders, product configuration, Bill of Materials (BOM), quoting, order management, and fulfillment .
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements and business objectives are clearly understood.
- Partner with development teams to clarify requirements and ensure technical solutions align with business needs.
- Identify system dependencies, integration requirements, business rules, and gaps across interconnected enterprise applications.
- Participate in backlog refinement and Agile development activities.
- Assist in developing test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Work with stakeholders and technical teams to investigate issues, gather feedback, and identify appropriate solutions.
- Maintain clear documentation and communicate requirements, changes, risks, and dependencies throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

- 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst,



or similar role supporting software or enterprise business applications.
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements for business tools and applications .
- Experience working with ERP systems , such as NetSuite or similar platforms.
- Experience with one or more of the following:
- Order management / sales order management
- CPQ and quoting
- Product configuration
- Bill of Materials (BOM)
- CRM systems
- Quote-to-cash workflows
- ERP/CRM integrations
- Strong ability to translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria .
- Experience collaborating with software development and technical teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with NetSuite , particularly order management, sales orders, product configuration, or related business processes.
- Experience with CPQ platforms, CRM systems, and integrations between enterprise applications .
- Business understanding of Enterprise, Data Center, ISP, or cloud networking concepts is a plus.
- Experience supporting networking, telecommunications, infrastructure, or other technically complex products is a plus.
- Business Analysis certification such as CBAP or PMI-PBA is a plus.
