Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead plant-wide continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage accurate and timely key manufacturing data
• Lead structured problem-solving and Lean projects




• Guide the integration of SOPs with improvement activities
• Optimize the use of MES and SAP systems

Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering, Operations, or similar
• 5+ years in a leadership capacity in manufacturing
• Solid command of Lean practices
• Proficient with MES and ERP systems, especially SAP
• Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills
