Dawson Road Maintenance is searching for skilled Seasonal Operators who can operate heavy machinery and prioritize the safety of others. In this temporary full-time position, you will report to the Road Foreperson and collaborate with your team to uphold high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Clear snow and ice from roadways diligently
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure safety
• Operate heavy equipment in diverse weather conditions
• Maintain daily logs and document completion status
• Follow the Supervisor's production directions daily

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of road maintenance experience
• Valid Class 1 or 3 Driver’s license required
• Experience in commercial vehicle operation preferred
• Familiarity with snow removal practices beneficial
• Ability to manage maintenance reporting electronically
